About Phil
Having grown up spending summers in Muskoka since 1966, my appreciation for the cottage market started at a very young age. In 1995, I started a Muskoka based company called SWS which quickly became Canada's largest water sports company running resort waterfronts across central Ontario as well as performing ski shows across Canada.
In 2010, concerned about the Political Environment across the region, I threw my hat into the ring and was elected to council's of both the Township of Muskoka Lakes as well as the District of Muskoka. Currently in my second term on Council I continue to bring what I am told is a "balanced approach" to every situation, often finding creative solutions to ever increasing financial pressures.
As an owner of both residential and waterfront property, combined with my in-depth knowledge of the region, development plans, local bylaws, zoning provisions, as well as the recreational and business economy across Muskoka, one might say I am unique in serving the real estate community. Your benefit?
