Phil Harding
To say Phil has a unique knowledge and understanding of all things Muskoka would be an understatement. In 1996 he started SWS a watersports company founded in Muskoka. In 2010, Phil was first elected to public office and regional council. In 2018 Phil was elected to Mayor of Muskoka Lakes.
Phil lives by a motto - he will tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. This honesty (backed by knowledge) is what has built his reputation and success as a realtor. In fact in the past few years, he alone is responsible for over 100 Million in transactions, representing both buyers and sellers alike.
Taylor Carruthers
Born and raised in Muskoka, Taylor's connection to this region runs deep. Growing up at a family-owned resort on Lake Rosseau, he developed a lifelong appreciation for the lakes and communities in the area.
After spending more than seven years helping families navigate one of life's biggest investments through new home construction sales, Taylor has returned to Muskoka with his wife to put down roots and pursue his passion for real estate in the community that shaped him.
